MHJH Student Council held its annual Turkey Teacher Fundraiser the 2 weeks prior to Thanksgiving. Students buy "turkey feathers" to decorate their favorite teacher's turkey. All funds raised are donated to the Mountain Home Food Basket to help needy families during the holidays. Today, Student Council sponsor, Stacey Hough, and council members, Emma Girdley and Hailey Green presented Suzan Kaye and Kay Owens from the Food Basket with a check for $705.
